The Work Integrated Skill Diploma Program is designed to improve the employability of India’s youth, especially from rural and tribal regions, by enrolling them in skill-based certificate and diploma courses along with on-the-job practical training. This approach equips young individuals with industry-relevant skills, enabling them to become self-reliant and earn a sustainable livelihood.
We Delivers two structured learning programs designed to enhance employability: Diploma in Vocational Education (D.Voc) and Bachelor of Vocational Education (B.Voc).
Diploma in Vocational Studies (D.Voc):
The D.Voc programme is a skill-oriented diploma aimed at individuals seeking practical exposure in their chosen domain. Structured over three years and six semesters, the course emphasizes on-the-job training (OJT), enabling students to develop real-world manufacturing skills applicable to industries like automobile, textile, plastics, and packaging.
Bachelor in Vocational Studies (B.Voc):
The Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) is a three-year undergraduate degree that emphasizes practical skill development over theoretical learning. Its objective is to help industries utilize government and institutional schemes to provide training in courses that offer strong employment opportunities, based on industry requirements.
